You wouldn't put diet coke in your gas tank and expect it to run, would you? Our bodies are the same, you can't expect to consistently put fast cheap food in and honestly expect it to operate well. Our bodies need the proper fuel to run efficiently. Our bodies WANT to be healthy. We’ll put a plan in place…it can exist even with your busy lifestyle! I believe strongly in finding an 80/20 ratio that feels right to YOU in order to make nutrition changes sustainable. It doesn’t have to be complicated or budget-breaking to work…quite the opposite!
